This course provides an understanding of organizational behavior including leadership functions within a changing global environment. Students will learn about how organizational culture, structure, and design can be used to effectively manage individuals and teams. Students will participate in activities involving topics such as understanding the basics of organizational behavior, group dynamics, motivation/behavior theories, conflict resolution, ethics, decision making, and leadership processes.
